Crafted and looted droid interface stats are now tiered appropriately---low level crafted items have higher command speeds, and high level items have lower command speeds.
So does this mean that higher command speeds are going to take longer to execute than lower command speeds??

the droid interfaces you can loot in space still be higher and higher..
lootet some lvl 1 droid interfaces with speed 10.5 and wasntthat heavy on mass and each lvl i geht higher the speed isnt lower its higher too
so yesterday lootet some lvl 5 and lvl 6 droid interfaces they have about sped 25-28 the highest one got a speed of 30 (!!) with an great heavy amount :/
did i only have bad luck? or is it "normal" and i have to buy droid interfaces to get a good speed ?

I'm not sure. The patch notes sound backwards to me.
I would figure the higher lvl modules would have a faster command speeds and that the faster the command speed the faster the command is executed. Which would fit sense you seam to be getting lvl 5 and above that have faster command speeds than the lvl 1.
Not sure on this.

You are only confused because SOE reverses the definition of the word "Speed". you see, for some reason they got it into their heads that high speed means stuff happens slower. It's true on pretty much everything in the game--you want your "speed" stat to be low as possible, so that your ACTUAL SPEED is higher. It's hilarious how often this gets confused--on par with all your base are belong to us practically, because it's so obvious the stat should read "delay"

This is most confusing. If Vincinzerey is getting higher lvl components with higher speeds then is that still a bug? Other wise we will all be using lvl 1 components because slower is faster.
On engines it seams that the higher the speed number the faster you go.

It's quite possible (and probably) that they never fixed the looted parts. We all know that they're famous for broken loot.
But here's the thing that most people don't get.
Droid Command speed is (I beleive) a multiplier. Probably something like Droid Command Speed * Command Tier = Time before the next command can be issued... either that, or Droid Command Speed is the time it takes to take effect.
Either way, it's elapsed time before something else can be done.
Think of it this way. It's better to do the 100 meter sprint in 10 seconds, than in 20 seconds. In this case, lower is better.
In the case of engines, Higher is better. Think of it as Km per hour.
But here's the thing that most people don't get.

If lower is better, they didn't fix reverse engineering either. I did some reverse engineering last night, and the speed number always went up on droid interfaces.

That's been a problem from the start... I'm not sure, but it may be the same issue with weapon REing as well, the shot time... can't remember, and don't have anything to RE at the moment.
