Hey guys im a novice sw from bria

and im looking to buy a few driods, one for crafting and one for myships ( reb )but i have no idea wat is good to have in ship, can somebody tell me a good post or website that explains each part a DE can make, and wat it good for?

Try the stickies. The DE 101 thread is a good one for info.

In a ship you probably want just a basic Astromech (commonly an R5 with Data Storage Module of the appropreate level). That's the only use a Droid is in a ship.

a crafting droid can basically be almost any type of droid there is. the DE would craft the desired crafting station module for the droid. then they would craft the droid type that you want, and insert the crafting module.

personally, i have an R2 droid named (Artoo) that has all crafting stations but the Starship Crafting Station (because at the time he was made JTL wasn't out yet)
