Hello all.
I am one of those rare breeds of players who got an alt after the CU went live. I know, I know, I'm supposed to be all up in arms about it, but I kidn of like it.
However, grouping and shooting does get boring after a while, so I got the alt account that I planned on taking up a crafting profession with. I went through artisan, and finished architect on Friday night. I now plan an assault on Droid Engineer to complete the uber level 1, triple combat mastery template
. It looks fun and a challenge - it also looks, from the forum posts, somewhat borked, which suits me as my main was a Ranger before respeccing to Smuggler
Anyhow. I made some cash from selling spice and bought some CA's. I managed to get hold of +23 Experimentation tapes and +22 Assembly tapes (both +'s include the DE toolbelt). My question is, will this help me with the grind at all? I am thinking not as experimentation in practice mode is pointless (I think). Assembly may help, if more XP is given for a better result (Amazing, Great successes etc) but I'm not sure.
Any help would be gratefully received - the skill-modded outfit looks way cool, but I'd rather keep it in the bank if it won't be any use yet
Cheers!

You will get 5% more from a entertainer buff.
And one advice, scrap the toolbelt and look for more tapes, you will most likely need to wear a backpack for all the stuff needed
