Hiya. Ive been trying differnt set ups with droids trying to make a combat one. Im useing an advanced r3 and ive done 4combat 2 reapair. and all 6 combat but i dont really like either. Can you guys tell me what works goo dfor you?

IMHO, the best combat droid is still the probot with all combat modules and a healthy supply of repair kits. The auto-repair models are ok, but I think the majority of my customers who buy combat droids are crafters who really just need something to defend them that's stronger than a CL10. And that means all combat, drawing the most aggro from the enemy.
The astromech and LE models don't boast that much more health and don't deal as much DPS as a probot, so I ruled them out a while ago. I also don't sell the auto-repair models anymore just because I am no longer convinced of their effectiveness in the post-CU world.

If you want something killed, use a Probot with 5 combat modules. If you want something Tanked use an R3 with 1 combat and 5 AR modules or a LE with 1 Combat and 2 AR. Depends what people want.

For tanking I prefer the ProBot with 5 auto-heal modules. This way I get more XP.

Any one? anyone at all?! Cant ya just give me ideas? ya know tell me what kind of combat droids you like
