Ok. . . . I am new to Droid Engineering and I really love it so far. . . but. . . I am having some real problems trying to figure outhow much to sell things for.
For example. . . v1 flight computer. . . I walk around and saw three vendors thatsell them for 5000 each. Forget looking on the bazaar, even including the entire galaxy in the filter, none on the bazaar for comparison. This could meana couple of things: The items areso much in demand that they just don't stay on the bazaar, these items aretoo expensive for the bazaar, or most are selling them through their vendors. Same goes forUnprogrammedDroid chips.
Forget even trying toprice a fully completed droid.
Please let me know how best to estimate. . . I found the DE 101 FAQ marginally helpful in thisaspect of the DE profession.
Is it best to put a list on the forum formy server and ask what others are charging and then average it out or is there a way to figure out the amount by amount of resources and number ofcrafted components.
Any help would be appreciated.

5000 for a v1 flight computer seems a bit steep to me but I guess it's server dependant...if I get stuck for pricing I use the global vendor search option to see what other people are selling at and price accordingly....

These are my V# chip prices.
V1 $5000
V2 $6835
V3 $ 8675
V4 $10,515
V5 $12,350
V6 $ 14,190
Reason I price like this is once someone buys one they really don't need another untiol they go up to next level. If these were disposable items prices would reflect much cheaper prices.

Go to a Bazaar termninal. At the top in about the middle you wil lsee a "vendor" tab. Click that. Then go to the middle right and click Deed - Droid. Now it will list all droid for sale on all vendors everywhere.
My FLight computers start at 5k and go up 2500 a level. Most of my droids cost about 10-15k for the chasis, then 10k per module. It's an easy system to use, but your server prices may vary. I have a pricing post I will bump for you about things to consider.

Ok. . . maybe there is something I am not using that would help me out. . . what is the global vendor search option? How do you use it? Does it give prices of items for each vendor?
Currently I use the bazaar but they don't have items that I want to sell usually. . . which could be a good thing. I generally use the galaxy wide filter on that.
But it would be nice to see the vendors and their prices if possible.
