Yes.
You'll need a team of some fairly beefy people to take you down there. There are guides in the Quest forums. I helped assemble a Mandalorian helmet for a friend and I can tell you it's not trivial. I haven't been back post-CU but I don't imagine it's gotten any easier.

Any info would help.

I believe you need to be Master Artisan to craft the JP at the crafting station in the DWB. A DE is needed to open the door to the crafting room (must have a BH bracer and alum in inventory to open door). But the way the DWB is currently populated with insane AOE spewing battle droids, I wouldn't get your hopes up on making it all the way down to the crafting room anytime soon.

When the CU first went live, the DWB was actually easier. SBDs were only level 81.
But they beefed up the baddies something fierce since then. I used to on regular jetpack runs, but that went dry real quick. You need a crack surgical team to make it through there successfully.

A MDE is needed to open the forge room, to do so you need an alum mineral and a bh bracer or helm in your inventory. Once inside the actual forge itself, a master artisan is needed to craft the pack. Works a LOT better if these are both the same person. Since the last beefing of the DWB now, MOB levels start at 80 and go up, with most of the deathwatch being in the 86-91 range, the overlord (stabilizer drop) being 92. I recommend using a cloaked jedi or a jedi on avoidincap to take all aggro and clear a path for your run, if at all possible.
