Thread: Anyone care to second my post in SWG Discussion?

So you go around the line of command and expect us to follow? Um..no thanks. Our corispondant is doing just fine thank you and is comunicating with the DE dev, but cannot yet discuss with us what is going on.

Ok, the chain of command reference seems a little out of context.
I, as a paid subscriber, would like to know if DEs are broken. Personally, I have the feeling that SOE doesn't think we are and therefore aren't fixing our issues. Personally, I have the feeling that all of the "problems" we've identified are seen as enhancement requests or nice-to-haves.
If we aren't broken in their eyes, then we are probably all wasting our time, and I may choose to invest my SWG time in another profession, or my gaming time in a different game.
If I were attempting to go around anyone, I would probably be asking some specific questions about when something is going to work. Or, I would have a list of things that the community wanted to see fixed and represent myself as a spokesperson. No, what I want to know instead is, "Are we broken?"
What I want isn't a title, or power, or an inside track. What I'd like is an explict statement as to whether SOE sees DEs "working as intended", or broken.
By the way, I think our correspondent does an excellent job of representing our issues to the developers, but it's how the developers percieve this profession and those issues that is important to me at this point.
