Thread: The cowardly BLL

So, I have an advancedBLL that I made just because it looked cool. It has full armor/resists on it, 1182 HAM, and reads as doing 52-56 pts damage. (Had to burn off some of that spare duralloy steel... )

Now, there is no ''attack'' option under program, but 'attack' is a default command.

So, I decided to try him out. Found a nice low level critter, and did a "/say attack".

Took me 30 seconds to get him to stop running away...

I also discovered this when Lowca finally got Duralloy steel. You forgot to mention the fun part about the BLL not having any Utility Module slots, so its completely worthless in addition to being cowardly. They do look pretty funny when they're running away, though! They're legs kinda resemble chicken legs, hehe...

Eeek, Razor99 , that can't be good

In a way, that is bad for all of us. No duralloy steel means no armor mods, which in turn means no resists on probots, which leads to an increased perception that the current advanced probots are completely useless (they aren't by a long shot, in my opinion).

You can currently use two level 4 modules for maximum effectiveness. You don't need the level 5 or 6 modules.

You need duralloy steel to make Lvl 4 armour. Lvl 3 is the max you can make without it. For probots, that gives medium armour at 25% resists rather than 40% you'd get with lvl4

Mine did the same thing... I have 50 BLL chassis in a backpack from my final grind to master that are waiting for something useful to do.

yea it sucks, naritus has not seen duralloy steel since Beki over 6 weeks ago. This was before I knew it valued and I used it to grind out the last 200k exp to reach master. I ran out of it right before I hit master, went to craft armor mods and was like son of a! lol so now I have to buy it for like 20 credits to 1 assuming I can even find somebody willing to sell some of their stockpile.

PhilDawg,

Go to the Naritus forum and look for BudaKhan's (Spankey's) thread on 25k bounty on Duralloy steel. Frito and I have each bumped the bounty by 25k to anyone who emails us with a location of it on Naritus. First one to find it for us gets 75k currently. You could bump it to 100k!

Thanks.
