The wounds on droid can be fixed by another droid with a repair module. Unfortunatly, there is a bug with the repair modules and the conversation based droids (which ironically enough includes the LE Repair Droid) such that they cannot be used to repair other droids. But in all the other droids (well except the power droid) its working fine. One complication is that you have to find someone else to repair your droid for you, since you can't have more than 1 droid out at any given time. Most Droid engineers will repair droids for free (or at least I do).

If you are asking about healing the temporaryHAM (Health, Action and Mind)damage to a droid, the droid repair kit is currently broken, so the only way to get back the temporary damage is to wait it out. On the plus side the droid heals in storage so you can carry multiple probots and just swap them out when one gets too damaged to go on.
