Thread: Battle droid patch
>Ok i've heard its in development but does anyone have any ideas what sort of droids will be able to make?Hopefully AT-STs
They took our we want 'hybrid DE's and wrapped it up in a plastic bag, and turned it upside down, Ma. And canned Combat droids. 'Droid Invasion' has become 'Droid Evasion' Look alike, contest.
Now we gotta see how brown our noses can get. Or become CHs.
We Will be able to make in various forms, Probots (possibly buffed a little) , and less. But can heal them now.
Ok, first off, an AT-ST is NOT a droid. It is a vehicle.
Secondly, we are getting no new "battle droids". We can add combat capability to a few of the droids we have now, nothing else.
There was a possibility of new skins in Publish 8, where that stands nobody knows.

This is what I was talking about the other day...The general public is under HUGE misimpressions regarding these patches. I wonder who will get the brunt of the complaints?

Agreed, Audio.
The problem with the themed publish idea is it leads to misconception, rumor, and half-truth. Somebody sees "Droid Invasion", honestly how could you think we are not getting battle droids? If they're going to use a theme, at least use something more truthful, like "Minor Droid Enhancements", but I guess that's not as marketable.
