Don't bother. There are plenty of idiots out there selling speeders for 12k and Swoops for 15k, so just buy 'em from someone else.


Not much point in trying to sell them for a profit when 12k is 2 CPU for a Speederbike and 15k is less than 2 CPU for a Swoop bike.
