First off, I really appreciate anyone who tries and helps me here. Ok, my first question is; Is it possible to put a combat module into a BLL droid? If so, what do you need to do? Secondly, in people's opinions what is the best combat droid to use? Currenly I'm using a probot that I made while I was still grinding out DE. I'm pretty new to the profession, and the game, and I love to design and create droids, but I'm not completely at ease as of yet. Also, what are some of the best materials to use, I've been using Rhoese steel and Obiwic copper a lot, but are there better ones? Again, I really appreciate any help you could give me.

Nope.

It partly depends on how you use it. Overall, the Probot seems to be my most popular. However, there are other reasons to have a fully loaded R3Adv. combat droid. Or a droid with 5 AutoRepair and 1 combat module, etc.
Choosing the "best" combat model really partly can depend on what's best for how you intend to use it.

In my opinion..
If you want something killed, use a Probot with 5 combat modules.
If you want something tanked for a lnog time, use an R3 with 1 combat and 5 auto repair modules.
If you want to toss a droid in front of something really nasty that will probably kill the droid, but you want to slow it down. Use the LE repair droid with 1 combat and 2 auto repair modules.
As TK said, it depends what you are looking for.

Stacked R3 ADV with 4 combat and 2 auto repair modsseem to be my more popular for pure tanking. I have not really seen many people if any use combat droids to really assist in killing anything. I agree though that its more of what meets the needs of the user.
