Having spent the last month Mastering the DE Profession, and making the most of the DE FAQ on this wonderful forum, I have proceeded to completely stuff up!!!!!
I have sent a few replies to new DE's that the FAQ is the place to go for all your info, as the links in it have all the info you could ever need, and then some!
So of course, I have read the FAQ, I have, honestly! Apparently my memory Module doesn't work so well either (I think it can only be a level 3 tops), as I proceeded to craft a series of Surgical Droids, with Level 6 Med Stations, Food/Chem Crafting stations, and of course the only thing any Medic really needs Level 6 Storage!! D'Oh!
To say my customer was not impressed is an understatement. He had waited patiently whilst I put his droid together, and delivered it over to him, only to find the Storage doesn't work! "Are you sure?" I ask thinking maybe he has just missed the command. But oh no! We transfer the droid back to me and I can't get it to work either.
So, feeling rather foolish, and in the best interest of customer service, I race over to the FAQ - Horror! Sotrage doesn't work in Surgical droids! Muppet! How many times have I read that line and still proceeded to build one with it in!
Oh how very very foolish. Porfuse apologies to the customer followed, with a promise to rectify the situation as soon as possible! Namely tonight when I get back online!
So, lessons learned, Make sure you read the FAQ (Thanks Ackis) and make sure you REMEMBER what you have read.
Profuse Apologies to Irrelevant on Chimaera, for the lack of service. I have no excuse.
Regards

Don't let it bother you, a lot of stuff to learn fast.
When I first started, I did the exact same thing, but I made 3 for my vendor. I just knocked 10k off the price and in the description said clearly that the storage didn't work, "maybe" it would be fixed some day. That the module was basically free.
