Now why is it when i put a lvl 3 armor in a probot and lvl 6 armors in another one they both have the same stats whats the good of having 6 lvl's or armor if they dont do anything better after lvl 3?

There's a display bug, the droid doesn't have the resistances listed... A level 3 armor module gets you something like 12% resists, a level 6 gets you 20% resists, it maxes out at 20% resists. All droids after they have been stored and called again show 40% resists. look at the droid when it is activated from the deed and you'll see the actual value.
