I'm still new to the Droid Engineering side of the house, though crafting is something I have well under control being Master Artisan and closing in on master Weaponsmith fast. What can I do to ease the pain of grinding up the DE trees. Right now I'm 0/0/0/2 and this was done off of basic MSEs which is about 147 xp per grind in practice mode. Now, Im not a power grinder, I just need an idea or two. Should I stay with he old MSE or is there something more effective I can shoot for. I'm trying to avoid paying out the nose for a rare mineral just to grind away one specific blueprint, such is the common advice on the WS boards and heavy warheads..insane IMO. Any advice though will be appriciated.

I read somewhere that Repair Unit Casings (Novice DE) are a good alternative.
Takes 10 Metal and 5 Fiberplast = 3.33 XP per resoure (according to SWGCraft)

RUC's are the most efficent, but they don't give much XP. Takes a lot of work to do...
Advanced Droid Frame Units With 220 resources and 460 XP is the quickest way. 150 Steel, 70 Fiberplast. Common, and while you'll be paying for the steel, fiberplast tends to be dirt cheap.
