Heyo -

Saw this thing in someone's shop and am trying to identify it:

Roughly 1-2 meters tall, roughly 2 ft sphere at the top, thin neck below, tall box (roughly 2x2x4) at the bottom. Industrial metal finish overall. Sorta a poor man's Tatooine sun symbol, or Nomadish for the trekers out there. It's a component for something, not a final item. My fiancee owns a tailor, chef, and achitect, and I've been a weaponsmith, BE, and Master Doc, and know an armorsmith... haven't found it in any of our schematics, so figure it's got to be either a DE or maybe a Commando (ordinance) component. Either that or a new loot off the corvette or DWB.

Any clues?

If you're talking about the "Nomad-ish" looking component I think you are... It's a weaponsmith item. I had my local WS craft me up afew of them for decorations. Some kind of "heavy warhead mechanism" I believe. An Advanced Munitions schematic.

Yeah... it hit me that I'd never made any of the heavy munitions when I gave up Weaponsmith, so I never really looked at it. Thanks!

That's exactly what I was going to use them for - electrodes for my BE lab.
