Thread: Help: I need to know what I can get in a droid, and maybe some other info

I want to buy a friend of mine that has no droid something he can use. He is a scout, and a pilot. I am assuming that the Armor does not take up the 6 modual slots. Here is what I have:
R3 Droid, Adv. Model
Droid Armor Modules
Creature Harvest Module (Best available please)
Droid Combat Module
Droid Item Storage Module
Stimpack Dispensor Module (If I am a doc and load this for him, can he use it?)
Scout Trap Projectile Module
Droid Data Module (I know this is for flight, but if it is the top available lvl and he uses low lvl chips will it work?

Of course I would like to have the lvl 6 rated or top whatever rated for all of these modules, but creature harvest is most important.
I need to know how much thise would cost (I know it's not the trade forum, but this is more of a feel out and figure out what I am getting) And if you have any insight or suggestions please let me know. I am on Starsider if you are on there and would like to discuss this. Thanks.

You seem to have listed several droids! All of the listed items can be done in one droid, but unfortuately, none would work that well.
The R3 Advanced model holds 6 modules, most of which will "stack", giving aggregate totals. Harvest modules, used 6 to an R3 can provide up to 110 Harvest bonus. But one module, used in conjunction with 5 others, will result in a very low 18 bonus or so.
As a DE, I often wish there was a "do-all" droid!! It would solve a great many problems! Since it doesn't exist, however, settle for one droid that will do him the most good. For example:
R3 Advanced Harvest Droid - HAM around 4450, Harvest Bonus of 100 or better
Probot Combat Droid - HAM around 3150, best combat rating of any droid
Combination Harvest/Trapping Droid - Harvest bonus of 50 + and Trap bonus of 50+
Storage droids are usually available as MSE models for a low price. Astromechs ( the flight droids) are also generally inexpensive as well.

Interesting. I didn't realize you couldn't get 6 modules into a droid and have best of each. Since stacking increases the harvestif Iget an Advanced R3 (6 modules slots and two armor slots) with 10 item storage and the rest dedicated to Harvest, what HAM and Harvest Ratng would I end up with?

If you want a Harvest droid, I seriously reccomend getting all 6 modules filled with Harvest modules. You can still have armor on that as well. Hybrid Harvest droids are not really worth it, don't go halfway.
