Hi guys,
I finally finished the grind and made Master DE and I am now ready to concentrate on opening a shop. I wish to focus on BH droids principally with a sprinkle of the other droids (entertainer, medical, harvesting, etc). When looking the schematics involved in making a batch of exploding R3s or MSEs they is a variety of material required. This is a little daunting when trying to plan for large lot runs in a factory. I was wondering if anyone had some advice as to what resources the DE would typically have on hand and to see if there were any spreadsheets available compute the required materials given the number of units in the production. Or if someone had some advice as to what ratio of varying components you typically have on hand. For example, do you have 2 adv droid brains for every 1 adv frame or R3 chassis. This is what I mean by ratios.
I checked the FAQ and didnt see any detailed on this (there is resource information but it didnt give any idea of what quantities a DE should be obtain).
thanks!

I don't have any ratio information, just what resources you need. The best I can say is "a lot." If a rare resource spanws, harvest as much as you can. When named resources are not out that you need, harvest as much Chem, Gas, and Steel as you can. You want your harvs to always be working.
Wish I could give you exact ratio numbers, but I havn't seen anything like that made anywhere. After a while you just get a "feel" for when you are low and need to get more of something.

Yeah, I tend not to really work with ratios either. I just usually buy what I need on-the-spot.
The biggest timesaver for the future (IMHO) is making a factory run of R3 chassis. They're a pain to make due to all the components, as I'm sure you're noticing. And if you're making bomb droids on a regular basis, you're going to need a good supply of high OQ Tolium reactive gas.

Cool Kaasi, glad to hear you are on Scylla, there really isn't that many of us. Feel free to contact me in game on "Atrella's" if you have any questions. Is Kaasi your in game name? I can add you to my mailing list that I use to send information to people when something good spawns.
Feel free to price how you want, but we have a fairly consistent Droid economy on Scylla, some people are a little higher and a little lower then me, but many DE's use my prices as a starting point. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions, we all get along pretty well as DEs go.

Thank you for the compliment.
I get towns and malls asking me all the time to open up a vendor in their town or mall. I don't really have the time for a third location though. However, ocne you are up and running making your droids, let me know, it will be nice to have another name that I can give them.

Thanks Straker Atrella. I will add you to my friend's list. Im sure Ill have more questions. =)
My in game name is indeed Kaasi. I've gone your shops in STC to look around. I'm highly impressed with your stock. You definitely run a nice shop!

For us DE's, with metals you want the OQ and Conductivty to be the highest possible, with Chemicals, the OQ, UT, and SR .
