Thread: Creature Harvesting Droids A few questions.

Allo! 
I've been surveying the trade forums and noticing so many hunting contracts for high CPU, and I figure it's about time to get into creature harvesting. I do not wish to put many points into scout.. none at all if it's possible.. that's why I'm posting on these forums to find out about the droids.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Do I need to be a scout?
2. If I do, do my skills in scout affect my Creature harvesting droid?
3. Can you harvest a creature yourself, then your droid harvest it as well, for double the resources?
4. I know it'd be different on each galaxy.. but about how much approx. am I going to need for a top of the line harvest droid?
That's about it.. any information would be MUCH appreciated.

1. Yes, you do need at least novice scout.
2. The higher your skills in creature harvesting, the more the droid will harvest.
3. Only one of you can harvest
4. someone from eclipse will have to answer that one.
Essentially, the way that they work is that the droid uses your skill as a base, then adds a bonus to it depending on the difference between your skills and the droids (the higher the droids skill is in comparison to yours the bigger a bonus, up to approximately 25-30%).
