I have setup a working Grind macor for xp. Using the /createPrototype command all the sample macro's are for practice only, is there a way to use this command or another to have the item made and not practiced?

You'll find a good example of a working grinder's macro in the sticky at the top of this forum .... "Hologrinders start here".

Should Sony and Lucas Arts be worried? (15000 users * 5 accts = ~$13MIL in potential lost gross annual revenue) If I were the CEO for either LA or SOE, I would certainly be worried.

I am aware of this, and if you read thru my message completly and carfully you will notice that I have said I have the Grinding macro.

"/createPrototype Practice noitem; This command completes the crafting process.This command also needs to be entered twice for the marco to function correctly. The Practice noitem addition to the command will create the product in practice mode, which gives a slight crafting experience bonus. If you remove Practice noitem from both commands in the macro the item will be placed in your inventory, but you will not recieve the bonus experience."

I have tried to remove the "Practice noitem" from that command and all I get is a finished crafting message and no timer on the device and no item in the invintory that was created.

but ill try again snd see if it works, maby it was a bug but its not good to waste good resources on it.

Hi,

Does anyone know of the commands to change something. They used to be something like

/set imagedesignvalue hair_01;

I would like a command that ends up setting off the 2.5 min timer. Any help would be appreciated.

Other than, I believe, an auto accept macro there are no macro's available now for ID.

Let me explain then, for those of you who care to mock me.

I am a Master ID. I want to macro for the village, to get my Forse Sensitive Skillpoints quickly. I've already got a macro that got me about 30k xp in about 10 mins, but It's not automated. I have to click every two seconds.

What I would like is to know if there are similar commands to the old ones that allow you to change something through /commandswithout clicking.

Thank you,

Nope. No fully automated macros anymore. Best you can do is automate the client-side, not the ID-side.

To clarify:

My current macro is something to the effect of:

/image self;

/pause 2;

/ui action defaultButton;

/ui actiontoolBarXX;

During that 2 second pause, the screen opens and I have to click a new skin color so as to make a change for it to set the timer and give me xp. I'd prefer if I could have it change skin color automatically.

I'm sure you would, but unfortunately that's no longer possible. ID is non-AFKable.

The most efficient use of time is stat migration I believe, so if you have an alt or a really good friend.

I don't see this ability lasting, to be honest. Now that ID xp after master will have some purpose, they're eithergoing tohave tomake the converstion ratio from ID xp to Jedi xp extremely poor, or MID's are going to get their timer back.

The only thing we've got going for us is that it can't be done AFK...

Just that and the salon requirement: we'll have to travel back and forth between Dathomir and Corellia quite a bit with that 80k cap.

It's a real dissapointment though. I'll miss being able to change my image instantly.
