Thread: Question about droid battery factory crates from non-DE

I'm trying to poll various professions about multi-use items coming out of factories. I know you guys can craft droid batteries with muiltiple uses, but are those based on experimentation, or just different levels of batteries? If the first (so you can spend points to make a bigger stack), does that experimented quantity affect batteries that are removed from factory crates? So if you experiment up to three uses and make a schematic, does the factory crate contain 25 (or whatever) three use batteries, or 25 single use ones?

I know you probably have more pressing issues, and with all the droid problems maybe no one's even bothered factory crafting batteries, but if someone has could you please reply?

Thanks for your time.

Experimentation, quality of materials used - If you create a schematic that's been experimented up to 3 uses, the factory properly creates crates of three use batteries.

I certainly hope this works as I am making a batch of 4 use batteries on my 2-day old factory. God I am loving it for producing power-ups, EM modules etc. No more general crafting grind for me!

Greetings!

Just today I made factory crates that contained droid batteries with four charges each. Each crate holds 25 batteries, so that's 100 total charges per crate.

To obtain four charges per battery, I had to use high-quality resources and experiment on them.

Thanks, all, for your responses. I'm trying to track down how unique the chef problem is with multi-use items coming out as single doses from factory crates. Between the droid batteries and medics' stim packs, it looks like everyone gets their experimented doses, except chefs who really need bulk sales to make any decent cash.
