Just a quick question really. I have my Droid Crafting Tool at 13.47 effectiveness.


Can I get it any higher or is that the cap?

I can get them upto 14.55 I have three of them, suspect that's the cap.

A 15 rating is the cap.

You're probably right there

I got them upto 98% with experimenting. I suppose 100 is 15
