I lost a droid that I bought today for no apparent reason. It was a mouse with data storage. I spent THE WHOLE day collecting creatures. I went to use it for the last time and it was gone. poof. A whole days work down the drain. I specifically remember storing it after my last use and seeing it in the datapad.

Did I do something wrong or forget to do something? Is this a known issue? It was my 1st droid. This sucks sobad.

if he isent in your datapad he is gone. nothing you can do, happeds sometimes becouse of bugs in the game. You hunted all day to aford one? Mouse droids are like 150 creds, i give them away for free if ppl ask for them unless they have a med module, what did you pay for it?

My probot have been wierd today, when i tell it to attack it runs the other way well maybe hes droid brain is aware of the gimpness.

he means he spent the whole day collecting more creatures that he has a right to own, and storing them in the datapad (ie, exploiting a bug)

wouldn't say it's an exploit, it's like they used to store mission waypoints, it's not the DEVs' intention but they obviously didn't think that players would use them to store pets.

They should be used to store pets. That would be a great addition to the Droid Engineer class, give us some good business.

No, they shouldn't be used to store pets. It would make CH's even more absurdly overpowered than they are now. They'd be ableo to store 110 pets inside one level 4 data droid, and also have the max number of pets for their level in their datapad Those 110 pets would continue to grow as usual. So ifa pet gets low, they store it, put it in the droid, and call out a full-healthy pet to use. It's already Pokemon in space. It'd become Super Pokemon. It's insane.

Add the fact that you could nest storage droids within storage droids, and you could actually store a literally infinite number of pets. Uh uh. Bad idea.

Fact is, CH get too many pets already. They certainly don't need to store more.

And yes, it WAS an exploit. It's a bug that was not intended, and was usable to bypass game mechanics which set a limit for a reason. That's an exploit, kids.
