Thread: Droids change color?
To make the costumization kit you need a GP module. Found in the master artisan box.
I heard that those kits are bugged though
Need a control unit, not GP. Luckily, I'm both a Novice DE and a master artisan 
I've had one work, one not work so well. So I don't really know how bugged they are, but they at least have a chance of working. Also, after a while, the customization is lost again (might have someting to do with the fact that I'm only a novice DE without the +droid customization modifiers.)

Its the new chamelion droid we forgot to tell you about. Dont mess with it, its special color changing paint. Just imagine how impressed your friends will be 
No realy. Get it customized and it Might be ok.
From what I understand everytime you pull a droid from the datapad it is a different color. This can be fixed by using a customization kit, although I hear that one is bugged as well. So it only keep the colors you chose a couple of times.
haven't tested the tool yet soI dont know for sure
Could this have anything to do with fading customization?
