most people already whine about them being underpowered. SL seems like a logical profetion that could utilise combat droids. make combat droids usable by all people. but only give cetifications to a SL(they only do like 1%-10% damage when a non SL uses them. not always atack run away ect.)

SL is Scout Leader...

And original poster: No, that would just be wrong. Using Logic, what skills would a scout leader have more than anyone else to control a droid?

I for one want to be able to use the droids I make and no offence to the squad leaders but I don't want to be one.

I wouldn't mind if squad leaders got some extra certification to have like 3 roger roger droids. But this is something they would have to be consulted on. I don't think it would fit well into their current skill set, but once again thats something they'd have to decide on.

LOL!! See noone wants the droids! Lets merge them with chefs, the chefs would come one here and say " No way man, dont push that crap on us, those things suck!

Squad leader, and speaking as a squad leader, we dont want to be droid handlers. We emphatically dont want to be droid handlers. Actually, I think anyone should be able to USE droids, combat or otherwise, just as well as anyone else.
