Just wondering what i shall grind to gain the most XP when i am novice DE ?

It is highly recommended that all new DE's read Drashk's fantastic Droid Engineering 101 Guide. You will find the answer to your questions (and much more) in this guide. I suggest you read the whole thing, but the specific answer to your question lies in Section 7.
