Just wanted to confirm what I read in the FAQ;
An advanced R3 with 6 data storage modules can hold 30 manufacturing schematics
Is this the best way to store schematics, I need to make about 120 schematics for future use

Any droid with a single level 6 data module will give you the max data storage, 150. Stacking multiple level 6 modules gets you nothing.

Thanks for info, I was sure I read 5 per module in FAQ but I can't find that now
that 150 limit , does it apply only to JTLS programs, because the FAQ reads like that 150 is only for a master pilot and anyone without JTLS will be limited to 20 per droid.

I think you're misreading the FAQ. If you are using your droid as an astromech in your ship, you have to be certified to that level. A master pilot can utilize a Lvl 6 data module, whereas you would not be able to utilize the level 6 data module (in your ship) if you are less-than-master pilot.
However, for straight schematic storage, you should be able to get 150 schematics stored in a single droid w/ level 6 data storage. I've never used one personally, but have never heard otherwise from any of my clients. Stacking multiple level 6's won't get you more data storage than a single level 6 will provide.

I was told you could get programmed commanddisks from higher level pilots and use those commands in your astromech in space even if you dont qualify. This was stated in the pilot forum FAQ, is that not true?

Yes, you can use any program that you have a chip for or you have qualified to use.
This includes programs above your level, and programs from other factions.

The limitation is that the higher-level programs take up much more space in the data storage, and you will not be able to fit many of them (if at all) on to your lower-level Flight Computer/Astromech.
