Thread: What do interplanetary survey droids do

That pretty well sums it up. very useful for resource dealers that have a lot of resources to keep track of or people looking for a specific rare resource type.
Not really. I just use my web browser and go to SWGcraft. I can also use my ship and survey tool and get the same info myself.

Remember that SWGcraft depends heavily on people for accurate and timely input.
Even thoughhe wouldget no amplifying data by using an InterplanetarySurvey Droid(concentrations, stats, etc.),aDEcan, at the very least, be absolutely certain that there is indeed a source ofrare Lidium Extrusive Ore(somewhere) on Talus at the time thathe receives the droid report.

I don't know about your server but I've had numerous accuracy problems with swgcraft on Tarquinas. About half the time I've used it to look for a resource I've gotten a outdated information or just flat out wrong information.
Personally, I think the ISD’s need updating now that JTL is out. They were slightly useful when inter-stellar travel was more inconvenient, but now it is much faster to just hop over to a planet and look for yourself.
I threw mine away shortly after I realized it was way easier to just jump in my ship and fly there myself to look. ISD’s should either be much faster, or convey more info, otherwise they are not worth using.
