You need pharmacology 4 to load the droid (or transfer it to someone that does have it and transfer it back once its loaded). Just call out the droid, open its radial menu, and choose load stimpack. A list of all stim A's that are in your inventory (not in crates) will pop up, and you just choose one to load. Repeat this until the droid is full. As far as combat, it works fine, though like everything else it does go into your combat queue.

I LOVE my little stimpack droid. I have ZERO healing abilities, and its nice to have one of these covering my back while I grind Faction Points un buffed. Its great for getting back some of my HA I use on my rifle specials.

I sell some R3 Stimpack Dispenser : 1 stim per second, 551 charges, max armor.
Here is the macro i give to my customers and they're really happy with their droid :
macro stimdroid :
/RequestStimpack [droid name];
Replace with the exact name of the droid. Exemple : 'An R3 Unit' or '(Joe)'. Put the brackets for a renamed droid.
/tellpet [follow command];
So that the droid can't run away when attacked. Replace with the command you programmed for Follow Me
/pause 1.1;
The droid can throw 1 stim per second, but with the server lag, a 0.1 second more can help.
/macro stimdroid;
Loop the macro. Use /dump to stop the macro.
