I have never heard mine talk what do I have to do to get them to talk? I bought a worship droid and have never heard him say anything.

yeah... I sometimes have my LE out when I'm fighting because they only say stuff in combat. he had the sarcastic personality, and would say stuff like, "I'm going to damage you by beating my chasis repeatedly on your fists" or "I knew I was going to die today" or something very.... sarcastic

Funny, he can talk in combat, but never once repaired anything.

When u go into combat it will most probably say something, since they cant actualyengage in mortal combat,maybe theytry to boost morale=)

Its that basic...

Use the radial and Converse with it.

They talk sometimes on their own. Very rarely. Almost never...
Once I was sitting in my camp, my LE droid out to craft some power-ups, when suddenly some little critter attacked me. My LE, with a worshipfull personality ship, said something along the lines of "Good shot.".
Or maybe I was halluzinating. That **edit** didn't talked a single line on it's own after that incident.
