Think about the benifits of a robot that looked like a creature.

1. The devs might decied not to nerf the ham if they thought the robots were creatures.

2. A player could potentially control 2 unruly droids at a time if they looked like creatures.

???

It would also be easy for them to make the creature droid.. hmm you are on to somthing since we get all the CH leftovers.. Most impressive

I would like to place my bid here for the Optimus Prime fighting droid.

Just put a shiny texture on some of the critters, and WHAM! There you have a GraulDroid!
But then, everybody would compare us with CH. I think I better stay with droid-looking droids.

Not a bad idea. If you think about it, the more we get into Ep I, II, and III the more we see droids that look like creatures. The Confederate assault droid (cant think of the exact name) look like squat spiders w/ long noses. The Republic walkers, and not to mention the Imperial walkers and scouts, resemble animals of some kind, although they are not technically droids.

There is a spider droid in the game. Ive seen it 2 places, The Warren and later in Jabbas Palace. First time I saw these, I almost died.

The spider droids in Jabba's Palace are Bomarr Brain Walkers. They contain living brains and thus while very droidlike are controlled by a biological mind.

Thats the one. The ones in the Warren *might* be further bio-engineered, going with the whole theme of that themepark.

That could make some cool inter professional dependancy.
