Ok i have been MDE two weeks now i have always made 110 medical rating moduels! But now al of the sudden when im using the same materials a new gp and mem but around the same stat (i used the same materials as last time) i get a medical rating of 12!!!!! Whats wrong? any clever idea of how to fix this?

Don't sweat it, that '12' rating ('11', too, I believe) will still wind up creating a 110% effective droid, as the final deed will indicate.
