Hi I'm looking to buy a Probot with a rez device, advanced self repair, and decent Armor. Let me know how much one would be I'd like to buy one. Weapon systems don't matter I just want it in case I die. The village has serious side effects some of which may include death, and cybernetic arms.Thanks in advance.

Two points....


1) There isn't such a thing as a rez device for a droid.


2) This is the DE professoinal forums. If you are looking for a DE to craft you something, you should ask in your server Trade Forum. That is what they are there for. The DE professional forum is for discussing Droid Engineer issues.

1.) Yes there is a rez device, A friend of mine has it he said he had a DE make the droid. I saw it rez him after a battle.


2.) I posted there too, but got no responses, this is a DE forum so I figured I'd pull interest here.

NO, there isn't. There is no such thing as a droid function that will rez a person. It is not possible. You might be confusing something with the medical module, which allows you to increase your own healing, or a stim module, which will offer a stim to you when requested, but there is not such a things as a module that will bring you back from a corpse.

I think one of the cybernetic arms has the ability to rez, but that would be a quest reward, not a crafted item.
But he could have also used the Hero of Tatooine Ring, which can also rez, and just say it was the droid.

Yeah there is a REZ cyber arm. There is a rez ring with the ability to rez the owner a total of 50 times if he/she was wearing it at the time of death and of course a doc can rez. But there is NO droid with the ability to rez someone. It just dosnt exist.

As nice of a selling point as that would be, there is no "rez" module for a droid.

I know of the rez arm and ring but the rez 'beam' emanated from the droid but as you said probably the rez ring, thanks for the posts. Guess my dream droids gone. LOL

Just to jump in as well, there is no Rez item from a Droid, either your friend lied to you or you misinterpreted what you saw.


It's possible that the Droid had a Stimpack Module, which will actually heal the owner when commanded. If your friend was incapped, and at that point it healed him, he would have stood back up. If he was dead however, the droid could not have done anything to help.
