As a little morale booster for an often abused profession, I just wanted to state that the Dancer droid modules are all uniformly awesome. Much much cooler than the effects even Master Dancers can do themselves, but NOT a way to cut the acual Dancer out of the equation (thank God). They save me from wasting Action for zero xp or healing boost...effects are a waste for me to do personally but PERFECT for a droid. Isn't that what droids are meant for? DAZZLE ME, ROBO_SLAVE!! =)

Is there anyone on Valcyn who can make me one with ALL the modules? And are there 5, or 6 different effects? I have heard both.

There areSIX different entertainer modules.

So to get a droid with all those modules you have to buy an advanced R3.

Thanks for the comments. I enjoyed watching my customers use their entertainer droid.

There are 6 different effects (modules)for Entertainer & then there is the 1 playback module for Musicians. This Musician module can be stacked as well. Each module allows for recording 1 track. (Not sure what that is? Maybe 60 seconds of 1 song or something? I dunno). So, if you put 6 playback modules in, you can record 6 different tracks.

I have to admit, these are pretty awesome. The musician's model is even better than a straight effects droid.

I think of all the droids, this one is hands down the best. I picked up a model with two recording tracks and three effects, and I can't play solo anymore without it. I finally can have some backup to my single instrument when giving buffs or just healing, and that may not make much difference to the audience, but it makes a world of difference for me.

And the effects are great. I am impressed with this droid. Ironically, I gave up DE to become a musician, and as soon as I master musician, the DE profession can make a droid I can use.

Now they just need to come up with more droids that are impressive. I haven't bothered with the scout droid after initial testing, and beyond the improved combat capabilities, there aren't any more droids that interest me.

I gotta agree. I have a Master DE on Tarquinas making these 6-effects R3s now. And I have a Master Musician on Chilastra who is using one of these droids as well.

Haven't had the chance to play with the playback module yet, but should soon.

Just thought I'd throw in that the Foam Effect coming from underneath a Nalargon is one of the coolest things I've seen in the game yet.

My guild leader bought an advacned R3 off me with 2 palybacks and 4 effects... I spent ages in the guild cantina watching the droid effects and the one man band was great!

A good move by the devs, but as a downside, I only do them amde to order!!
