I prefer slower attack speed and higher damage per second with a high To-Hit value.

Reason being: seems like the less than one second attack speed droids are not attacking at the advertised speed and the high To-Hit value I want because I tend to fight higher level creatures and want a higher hit/miss ratio (does not matter that you can dohi-damage if you can't hit your target).

Anyway, if you have a vendor, custom make, or know of a vendor on Corbantis that sells premium quality, ranged attack, combat droids, please reply or send me an e-mail in game.
