Thread: Harvest Driod Question

I set the driod to harvest a certain resource. Now the question, how do you get it to harvest your target? I choose to select target option, and click on the creature. Am i supposes to let the driod attack, then me, or opposite? I keep getting a message something about not able to access container. Any help would be nice.

Have you programmed the droid on what to harvest and the command to harvest?
I usually get that system message when the creature is not dead and I send my droid to harvest... IOW, let the thing drop, and pause 1 after it's dead when sending your droid to harvest.
Thing is, they are kinda slow when it comes to accepting the command, so I usually /pause 1 after they die, and /pause 1 after I send my droid to harvest. After I see the droid head out to the target, then I switch targets and move on to the next kill.

I do program the driod, through the radial menu. Yet, go to the next target immediately. So essencially, I need to wait a few seconds for the driod to do its work before I target the next creature?

Yeah, I've noticed that if I change targets right after I give the harvest command, the droid doesn't work... So wait until after it starts moving out towards your target, then switch targets, and see if that fixes it.
