Thread: Im a Novice DE and i have a couple questions....

Well, i just made novice and im wondering what to craft to grind the profession?
Also, how much do you normally make in a week, im just wondering, im not in DE for the money, im going MD for money

RebelScumKiller420, why don't you peek at the stickies listed above?
TK's "One Sticky to Rule them All" thread has all the details on grinding out DE. (in fact I believe every profession has a sticky on grinding). Look for "How to grind your way to Master Droid Engineer (by Drashk)" link.
As for making money, I believe the general concensus is that DEs dun make lots of cash. Unless you happen to have alot of high OQ Tolium gas stocked and make high-end Detonation Droids by the crates). If you want to make tons of cash, be a WS, AS, Chef or Doc.
My staple droids had been the 10 item storage MSEs which go for 4K a pop and are easy to make. Each day I might sell one or two. It ain't much but I am happy that players find them useful.
But the above is just my opinion. I leave it to the others to add their input about the cash flow bit and from there you can discern for yourself if DE is really for you.

Oh like i said in my first post, im not in DE for the money, im gong Master Doctor for the money, i just love to craft things and the city i live has everything except for DE's, there maybe one in FT B. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Huh. I keep one tank, one medical, one storage, and about five varieties (one each) of entertainer droid on my vendor. Usually sell out to the tune of about 200k a night. Then craft them all again the next day, and sell out overnight... rinse and repeat....
My droids are strictly average, not uber. I have put no effort into getting "better" resources to craft with. Just harvest whatever spawns, and use it up. So if you were to make mass quantities of droids, and use the best resources to do it, you could probably roll in some pretty good dough.
I'm just not that ambitious. Rather do minor quests.
