You can only permanently delete these droids after 10 hours of game time. If your char has not been loaded in the world and playing a total of 10 hours, then you can't delete it yet.

Just store it every time it pops out, and try and delete it after you've played that char a bit longer.

I have played the game for over a year and i am stuck with a ****ing noob driod. Is there anyway i could get rid of the driod?

Yeah.. buy 5 droids from a MDE, and put them all in your pad after deleting the helper droid.. it'll never come back on you again.

You can't delete it permanently until your character is at least 10 hours old.

And if your character isn't at least 10 hours old, you probably haven't done all of the droid's tasks, and you should because some of the things it gives you are pretty nice... one free travel to anywhere... a speeder for a little while... free cloning... etc... not to mention a nice little exp boost..

I deleted my r2 helper droid and only got it back when I picked up a basic profession. So if you changed professions say brawler to entertainer then it would reappear for you. Just delete it again and it should stay gone.

I think there is some "noob flagged" period of time for new characters (even on old accounts)where the helper droid will return after getting deleted. The newbie quests are pretty handy (give xp bonuses when you complete them and some useful rewards), so you might look into doing those. Once you've finished all them for at least one profession, you can delete the droid without it coming back. Otherwise, try destroying it in about a week or so.
