Aren't Probot ADV supposed to get a bonus added to the combat mods?

I am using 98 rated mods but the final Probot comes out 490 which equals 5 98 rated mods.

How can another DE advertise this (see below) if there is no bonus to Probot chasis? Unless you can make a 110 rated combat mod?

You don't actually see the bonus in the combat rating, but the Droid does do more damage then say an R3 with the same combat rating.

Yes I know that even though my R3's have a CR of 588 to the Probot's 490, that the Probot hits harder and faster.

What I need to know is how that person is advertising a Probot with such a high CR?

I had thought the Max CR was 500 on a Probot.
