Is there any point in stacking Playback modules in droids? (example: 6 playbacks in an R3 Adv. Chassis) Do additional modules help the musician, or would one module be enough?

Depends on the musician.
They DO stack, in a way, in that each module can record it's own track.
So the musician could record 6 different songs in the same droid, and the droid would be able to play along as the musician switched songs.
My most common configuration from a musician is 3x playback, and 3x effects.
[Edit: Changed "entertainer" to "musician]

most musicians prefer more than 1 playback module, usually at least 3, with someo of them going for all 6.

I built a fewR3 modules with6playback modules, but then I spoted some effect/playback hybrids (5effect/1PB) onanotherEngineers vendorand wondered if I had made a mistake.
I think I'll make some4/2 and 3/3 effect/playback R3's and see how they do. Thanks for the feedback Jj and Jenden!

Jenden! I remember that name! You were a Master DE on Tarquinas when I was still knee high to a Novice Artisan. I started a DE/Carbine template there around September-ish back when I was running with COG on Tarq. I never finished the template (although it still exists), but you did provide me with training and answered some profession-related questions of mine.
Great to see that you're still with the trade! I'm hoping I never get bored or discouraged with DE. /crossesfingers
