Level Module Rating Stack Rating
11 - 3 -
23 - 5 4
35 - 7 6
47 - 9 8
59 - 11 10
611 - 13 12

I can confirm that this is the current system on live. Results from brief testing as follows using level 2 & 3 data modules:

LevelFinal Module Rating Stack Rating Stacked Final rating Capability
2 44.59 125
3 66.5 13150

This follows as expected from the previous chartthat we've been going by for the last couple months.

I was playing around with the stacking numbers and noticed something rather odd. Modules no longer seem to stack in the same method that they did the last time that I checked, which I admit was around 2 months ago. This is how stacking has existed for as long as I've been a DE.

Level Module Rating Stack Rating
11 - 3 -
23 - 5 4
35 - 7 6
47 - 9 8
59 - 11 10
611 - 13 12

A Level 5 module canhave a value of 9 to 11, but inorder to gain the benefits of a Level 5 module, from two or more stacked modules, you would need a 10 rating.

I've run a few tests now, using the TC code, and have found the followingto be the'new' stacking chart

Level Module Rating Stack Rating
11 - 3-
23 - 53
35 - 75
47 - 97
59 - 11 9
611 - 13 11

Since I currently do not have access to my Live MDE, since I had to deleted my Live version of SWG to accomidate for my TC and Beta Versions, can someone run a stacking test to verify my findings? I need to verify that this issue is not limited to JtL Beta, but is also in the Live code. (This is not a NDA Violation, since it specificly deals with a ground game issue that anyone who enters TC can experince.)

Please, be sure to list the beginning rating of the 2 modules being stacked, the final module rating, and make sure check to make sure that the called droid has the proper function - IE a stacked Item Module Rating of9 has an Item Storage of 8 items.

Here is a module reference chart.

Level Module Rating Medical Items Data
11 - 3 551 20
23 - 5 65 2 40
35 - 7 75 4 70
47 - 9 85 6 110
59 - 11 100 8 125
611 - 13 110 10 150

Many Thanks in advance.

BTW, if you need/wish to contact me ingame, on TC, you can find me as Kal'thor

I think its been done to deliberately tone down the stats of data modules to reduce its JTL abilities (trying not to walk the NDA line here ). I noticed that the experimentation on data modules seems to be pretty wacked right now too. They almost always seem to fail on experimentation for me and wind up with a max value of -5!! Not good considering I'm using high level tools, a droid crafting station lvl 10 and 999 copper!

I'm not sure about the toning down for JtLHoshi.

I wonder how long the stacking code has been changed.

As for the Data Module Experimentation, take a look at the JtL Centralized Droid Issues Thread. I'm trying to get a certain Red name to take a look at the thread and make comments on the situation.

Wish I wasn't at work, I would run a set for you. Wont be home until really late either.

Drashk just so you know, experimenting on Data Modules is still borked badly. That is something they really need to fix before JTL.

Yup. I'm all over trying to get some feedback on this one, like Droid Lube on....you get the picture.

Take a look at the JtL Issues thread and you'll see whats going on with the Data Module.

Heh, I looked yesterday, heading over to there after I get caught up here. Been busy lately and slacking. Havn't been posting over there much because I havn't logged much time since the latest patch.
