I built an andvanced r-3 with 6 103 level combat modules. After final crafting, the droid deed listed the combat rating as 600 instead of 618. Have I missed something in these posts or has that always been the cap? (since pub 8)

The absolute max combat rating has been stated to be 600. That seems to be the only cap, though - my combat modules are 109 combat rating, giving me a cluster rating of 329, and a Probot with rating of 549. That's with 99 percent experimented combat modules, so I * think * the max rating any one combat module can have is 110.

That is correct, Mightion. I made several schematics for 100% Combat Modules on patch day before the "new" crafting process was rolled back the next day, and they have combat ratings of 110.

O.k. that makes sense. 110 med use modules, 110 combat modules. Would I dare think this cap should be in place for the new mods or am I out in left field?
Thanks for your help so far guys (and girls)![]()
This MDE stuff is hard. If i knew how tough it was going to be to understand the intricacies of droid crafting, I wouldn't have dropped out of school
