Just wondered if anyone has managed to make a Droid Toolkit now that these have been fixed?
If you have could you let me know what Bonuses you get with it and what resources it needs?
I manged to pick up a schematic cheap (200k) as the seller obviously thought he was ripping me off at the time as it was unmakeable. Haha - jokes on him
Im looking around for a trustworthy Master Tailor to make it for me, and just wanted to make sure I could get the parts for it without too much bother.

Tailor Forum has full info on the requirements for the Schematic. I know it takes Metal Clasps, a loot item.
the bonuses are +5 Assembly, +5 customization, +3 Experimentation. The item Takes a Reinforced Fiber Panel also, which means it is possible to adda BE Mod to it, if you care for that sort of thing.

2 identical heavy duty clasps
1 cargo pocket
20 fiberplast
15 metal
10 metal
1 reinforced fiberpanel
15 non ferrous metal
1 droid reconstruction kit A
And the stats are as above. Shame my doc and chef aprons are plus 5 experimentation but i can wear a vest with bonus underneath the toolset as its a bandolier.

And I did, indeed, make one post-patch yesterday, so they're working now.

I can confirm that it requires the reconstruction A kits, not repair A kits.

I'm glad someone confirmed they're working now! I didn't want to use up the single original Droid Repair Tool I saved from many months ago and have it fail in the schematic.
I'll have to track down a Master Tailor on Bloodfin somewhere who is willing to make one for me. All of the ones I knew left the game, disappeared, quit the PA, or moved to some other planet. I wouldn't want to get Novice Tailor and critically fail making it for myself. I just wish you didn't have to unequip your backpack to put it on though...
How much would you charge for the cargo pocket and panels if you were making it for someone else? Or did you do it just for yourself? I know prices are different between galaxies, just would like a ballpark figure.
Thanks!

I believe it is a reward for one of the Imperial Theme Park missions, not Jaba.

I just got mine last night... the Toolkit is a Bandolier -- so if you wear a pack with all your resources in it, the toolkit will unequip the pack. If you're like me and carry a good deal of spare parts & crafting items around, there won't be room in your inventory to make the switch.
I did a lot of "spring cleaning" in my pack but it's still not enough room... so I'm probably just gonna have to resort to carrying around the bare minimum, and just craft certain items when I travel.

Yup I know exactly how you feel, luckily I justed picked up another account and this one is going to be my DE/Doc so i can take off the backpack without to much hassle. This also clears up the issue of if I should make my alt imp or not.
