Thread: Questions about +110 creature harv droid creation
First off, I'm new to crafting...be gentle.
Anyhoo, my topic is about the Creature Harvest Modules or just crafting and experimenting in general. I am MDE (newly acquired) so I am experimenting effectiveness to the fullest MDE will allow.
When I make the module, the harvest bonus caps out at +18 with the best resources I could find. However, combining 3 modules into a cluster gave me a bonus of +55 which didn't make sense but 2 +55 clusters gave me +110 harv which does.I then swapped out the inert gas for an oq=950ish one and proceeded down the same route. Same +18 but when combined in a cluster only gave me +54. But 2 of those clusters brought the harv bonus to +109 instead.HUH? ![]()
If someone could help me understand that would be great. It makes sense since I switched gas but the math doesn't make sense to me. Does crafting only display a whole number? I was able to experiment effectiveness to 89% both times with 1 point left over.
BTW, the Master Rifleman I made these droids for LOVE them. Just don't go out hunting Bull Rancors what with their AOE dizzy/KD attacks ![]()
Oh, and if I havn't sucked up enough...THIS IS THE BEST PROF BOARD IN THE GAME ![]()
As you guessed, the interface will only display the nearest whole number but behind the scenes it's a bit more accurate.
If you really want to find out what numbers it's using you can calculate it by hand using the weightings on the resource qualities.
