Is it just me thinking that the devs want to get rid of as many pre-nerf probots as they can?

_We_ asked for perma-death, let us not forget that

The problem is _not_ Perma-death, the problem is the circumstances and game mechanics that interact with Perma-death

Before perma-death was introduced repair tools should have been fixed (with reduced overall condition lilke when you repair weapons/armour)

Before perma-death was introduced the number of active droids should have been increased to _at least_ 2 (so we could have a repair droid out at the same time)

Perma-death should only occur on a deathblow NOT an incap

Perma-death should leave the droid in a state (i.e. still in your datapad) where it can be repaired by the aforementioned repair tool (albeit with reduced overall condition like when you repair weapons/armour)

Perma-death is _not_ the problem, perma-death should be good for DE business

Peram-death is ok if pets die as well.

I think the Devs thinking on this was to increase sales for DEs. But what they did not take into account was, no one would bother paying for droid that perma died. When they can go out and buy a creature that is invincible, and pay half the price.

I honestly beleive this is the case. I have seen pre-nerf probots sell for 130k before they could die. I smell a conspriacy
