Some of you more advanced droid engineers might already know this but for those of you de's that just started out well heres a nice gift for you. Protocol droids and Binary Load filters cant be built yet, well at least on the radient server they cant im not sure about other servers. Protocol droids requires ditanium steel which is non existent on the radient galaxy as of yet, and Binary load filters require duranium steel which also doesnt exist. So heres what im wondering. Are these missing resources just a lame excuse to hide the fact that user controlled binary load filters and protocol droids havent been implemented yet, or in other servers is it actually possible to make these types of droids, and if it is talk about an unbalanced game.

It is possible to make these droids on other servers. But don't worry -- neitherdroid reallydoes anything. In fact, I don't think you can name them yet because that's not implemented.

The answer to your question is yes. You can build these Droids. Its unfortunate your server doesnt have the resources.

This is more a general crafter issue than a DE issue. Your server probably also can't produce certain guns, I'm guessing.

I have had one order for a protocol droid, just to have them lug it around behind them for the feel of having one.

I have a binary load lifter chassis in my shop, as a 'stockroom manager'.

Otherwise they are worthless.

I do like the stockroom manager though.

Is this also the problem with LE Repair droids? I cant get this stupid droids to do anything but learn the commands doesnt respond to them once learned just stands there and looks stupid.
