I've heard surgical droids come with built-in L6 medical and all kinds of different stories... This seems to be bogus...What is the difference between a surgical droid and any other droid with same modules installed?

Absolutely NONE... In fact, I can build you a single MSE Mouse droid that can hold every single module available simultaneously!

So what happened to the "automatically functioning like a level 6 medical unit"?
Or did someone make that up? ![]()

Yup.. it was made up apparently. Rumors can be a nasty thing. By the way... be sure to not up a Storage Module into your Surgical Droid... it won't be functional.

Surgical Droids are a load of Bull. Mine wont work at all. I dont think I can even heal outside of a hospital with it. Much less have it heal me on command.
What a load of bullucks

"Much less have it heal me on command"
And whoever told you that it could??
They make you able to heal wounds outside hospitals IF they have a medical module installed.

Since the patch, when i check the radial of my surgical droid IN the datapad, it gives me a new option other than store, examine, etc. It now says "Use Vitality Pack." I can't get this to do anything. I'm not sure if it's because I don't have med skills or what.
Anyone have any info on this?

The vitality pack is something CH use on their pets, they forgot to remove the menu option for droids.

Latest news, I had a customer return a surgical which I then gave to him to test for me along with an MSE with a L1 med module... MSE w/ L1 med is heal rate of 55 right? OK surgical clocked in at 35. I have yet to hear the end results from the Doc after 3 days of use in the field and noting actual healing done despite ratings. Will append that info when I get it later today.

I thought a level one medical module was 35% regardless of what droid you put it in.
