I always calculate two values for droids. Well, my spreadsheet does. I have an MSRP and then I have a price break that I give to "friends and family".


Well, I generally offer some level of discount off of MSRP when quoting people prices for droids. Unfortunately, I find that people ALSO tend to try for a discount right at the time of delivery.


So now you get your discount if you ask.


You get a bigger discount if you don't ask.
