Giventhe following pieces of evidence:

1) Its been stated that a few players are close to opening their FS slot

2)Many ofthe master DEs have retired, changed classes, or quite the game

3) No company could expect to make money while treating a segment of their customer base as poorly as SOE has treated the DEs

I have no other option but to think that the last remaining master DE on eachgalaxy will open a FS slot! *Grins* Honestly, though... as the senior DBA for a company of some size, I would be fired if I made half the mistakes which were made recently. Let's run through it once:

Thurday morning, I make a change to our production database. There is an issue with purchase orders, so I put in a "hot fix" on Friday. Now, there is a different problem with purchase orders -- we cannot cut any! I start getting complaints through our helpdesk, but instead of even sending out an email to let people know there is a problem, I go home for the weekend. Oh, right! On Sunday afternoon, I dial in and send out a quick email saying, "Yeah, there is a problem with purchase orders, and I am looking into it." I almost forgot... over the weekend, the head purchaser sent me an urgent email saying that his department cannot cut POs, but like all his other emails, I never replied to it.

Now, you tell me, what happens to the DBA come Monday?

Hmm.. DE's get a FS slot... The devs did say they wanted to keep the number low for jedi's walking around.. This could be it.
