OK, seems like the time has come to explore the droid world. But I got a few questions.

1. How long do batteries last and do you only use 1 for every type of droid?

2. Money not being an object, what would the ultimate droid be? Combat, storage, medical being needs.

3. When a droid takes damage, how does it heal?

4. If it gets incapped, who fixes it?

5. Droid goes into the data pad like a pet, but does it affect the number of pets that can be called?

6. Do droids need to me trained like pets?

1. Batteries last about 15 - 20min right now and all droids use the droid battery.

2. You need a Advanced Probot with a level-6 medical module, a level-6 storage module and two level-4, or higher, armor modules. However, Advanced Probots can't be built right now and depending on resource avalability level-6 modules may not be avalable on your server. A Probot with armor can be usefull in a fight just don't expect it to do much damage, thay can take a good amount of damage though.

3. The white damage heals with time, black mind bar damagecan be healedby a droid battery or Power Droid, the droid black health and action bar damage can be healed by a droid equiped with a operational repair module. You can only have one droid out at a time so you will have to have someone with a repair module equiped droid do the fixing. Also, a vitality pack from a Bioengineer can resore vitality if the droid is deathblowed.

4. It will recover with time.

5. Pets are counted seperatly from droids and you can have 3 or 5 droids in your data pad.

6. When you get a Deed for a droid you will get a option to tame it select Tame and it willapear then you can program comands for it, depending on the type of droid. Anyone can "Tame" and program any droid.

Note: Droids have some major problems right now so be ready to wait for what you whant and /bug any problems you run into.

Here are some answers as i know them.

1.How long do batteries last and do you only use 1 for every type of droid?

They will last varying times based on the activity and what type droid. All droids us the same batteries to recharge.

2.Money not being an object, what would the ultimate droid be? Combat, storage, medical being needs.

Probably an advanced probot with 40% resists and top level medical and storage modules.

3.When a droid takes damage, how does it heal?

It heals either outside or inside the datapad but faster inside the datapad.

4.If it gets incapped, who fixes it?

It will heal over time like you do, see 3 above.

5.Droid goes into the data pad like a pet, but does it affect the number of pets that can be called?

Droid storage is not related to pet storage so no it doesn't.

6.Do droids need to me trained like pets?

Yes and they can be named but generally a droid needs a command given only once then be stored to set the command then called for the next command.

Hope this helps.

1. As already answered, 15-20 minutes.

2. If you're willing to use an exploit, you could get an Advanced Probot with a Food Crafting Station, a Level 6 Medical Module, full Item Storage capability, full Data capability, and a Repair Module all in one. However, once this particular exploit is patched, there's no telling what will happen to an exploited Droid.

3. As already answered, damage heals over time. Damage can also be healed by a pet stimpack. Wounds can be repaired by a non-Repair, non-Power droid carrying a Repair Module. (Yes, you read that right, the Repair Droid cannot repair.) Mind wounds can be healed with a Droid Battery or by a Power Droid.

4. It will heal itself over time. See #3.

5. Non-Creature Handlers can have 1 pet and 1 droid active simultaneously.

6. No, but they must be programmed using the radial menu. Select a command to program from the radial menu and the Droid will respond with '?'. Use /say to give the exact command that you want to use. (Note: the command is case sensitive! "Stay" and "stay" are two different commands.) The Droid will respond with '!'. If you program commands using a name for your droid(e.g. "trashcan stay", "trashcan follow", etc) then the Droid will learn its name after you have programmed in 4 commands.
